The VBIn-6 is gradually becoming the standard pit mounted weighbridge. Due to its compact design, a concrete pit with a depth of 80 cm is sufficient. This pit can be supplied in two prefab parts or constructed on-site. This weighbridge is suitable for moderate to heavy use in various conditions. Durability is ensured by using concrete with a strength class of C40/C50. Additionally, all metal components on top are hot-dip galvanized, and the decks are fully equipped with an angle profile around the edges.

Features

  • VBIn-6 dimensions: 18x3m / 3m30 / 3m50. Capacity up to 60 tons.
    VBIn-4 variant: 9 or 10m x 3m / 3m30 / 3m50. Capacity up to 30 or 40 tons.
  • Prefab pit in two parts (only for 3m width – semi-deep design: 80 cm, resulting in 60 cm effective space).
  • The weighbridge pit can also be constructed on-site.
  • If the drainage connection allows, the pit can be made deeper than 80 cm, which is recommended for easier maintenance later.
  • Galvanized angle profile around the decks.
  • Inclination up to 3%.
  • 12 adjustable buffers.
  • Various weighing devices available: from IT3 for weight display and printer to IT8000E for network integration and connection with badge reader or scanner, control of lights or barriers.
