Integration with ERP Systems
Thanks to the REST API, you can seamlessly integrate Kiloweb with your ERP system, allowing you to fully automate your weighing processes. This eliminates the need to manually track or enter weigh tickets, as data can be directly retrieved from Kiloweb to the ERP system for, for example, the automatic creation of customer invoices.
Kiloweb also offers flexibility for customization, allowing the solution to be tailored to the specific needs of your organization. The possibilities are virtually limitless: on the one hand, internal systems can be efficiently integrated, and on the other, Kiloweb enables integration with legally required systems from government agencies, such as MATIS (OVAM), COPRO, Certipro, etc.
In addition, you can configure weighing filters and create custom weigh tickets that can also be automatically forwarded to your customers if desired. Weighing data can also be exported in various formats, such as CSV or PDF. With multi-user support and extensive reporting capabilities, the efficiency within your team is significantly increased.
Integration with weighbridges
Kiloweb can be easily integrated with all your systems for a seamless weighing process. It supports multiple weighbridges per site, with different weighing indicators and optionally, cloud printers for automatic prints. Additionally, badge readers, barcode scanners, and digital cameras can be integrated for capturing vehicle images or license plate recognition. The software can control anything that can be connected to a contact point, such as barriers, lights, sirens, or gates. This also works in reverse, such as photocells that prevent weighing.
Drivers can easily identify their vehicle and load using the optional Touch & Go module (touchscreen), through a predefined workflow in their own language, ensuring a fast and error-free weighing process. This helps you work faster, more efficiently, and save valuable time.
Integration with onboard weighing systems
Kiloweb also offers the ability to seamlessly integrate mobile weighing systems, such as those for wheel loaders. This can be done by establishing a connection with the mobile weighing system, for example, with our LM-100 / Loadmaster Alpha 100.
The communication between Kiloweb and the mobile weighing system is simple and efficient: the required data files, such as customer and supplier information, products, and locations, as well as jobs/weighing assignments, are sent from Kiloweb to the mobile weighing system. Once a weighing is completed, the results are automatically sent back to Kiloweb.
In this way, you can access all weighings in one central platform, whether they take place on-site or with a mobile system. This makes it easy to manage all data and ensures that your weighing processes are fully integrated and streamlined, even in mobile applications.
