Kiloweb seamlessly links with ERP and accounting software such as Exact Online, SAP, and Odoo via a modern REST API. Master data such as customers, suppliers, products, and projects is synchronized so that all systems always work with the same up-to-date information. Weighing orders can be sent directly from the ERP to Kiloweb, while completed weighings return as invoice-ready data. This eliminates manual import and export tasks, reduces the margin for error, and accelerates the entire administrative process.
For sectors where regulatory reporting is essential, Kiloweb provides the necessary functionalities to effortlessly meet the requirements of authorities such as Mestbank (VLM), MATIS (OVAM), COPRO, and Certipro. Kiloweb supports a wide range of hardware, allowing the entire weighing process to run fully automatically. Multiple weighbridges per site, various indicators, cloud printers, and peripheral equipment such as barriers, traffic lights, sirens, photocells, badge readers, barcode scanners, and digital cameras are seamlessly controlled. Thanks to automatic number plate recognition (ALPR), driver identification, and the Touch & Go module, every weighing is registered quickly, securely, and accurately. Images and license plates are captured automatically, ensuring maximum control and traceability.
Kiloweb also integrates with onboard weighing systems such as the LM-100 / Loadmaster Alpha 100. All necessary data files — customers, suppliers, products, locations, and orders — are automatically transmitted to the mobile unit. Once the weighing is completed, the results return to Kiloweb as a full weighing report. This allows you to manage all weighings, both on fixed sites and on the move, from one central platform. Synchronization is fast, reliable, and fully automated.
Kiloweb supports flexible file exchange and automated document management. Weigh tickets and reports can be exported in formats such as PDF, CSV, or XLSX, with layouts that are fully customizable to your corporate identity (logos, columns, and structures). Documents can be automatically forwarded to customers or partners, or integrated into document management platforms.
In addition, all exported files — including the PDF weighing report and the associated camera snapshots from the weighing moment — can also be retrieved via our API. This keeps your administration clear and consistent, without manual steps.
