The calibrated loader-weighing system is specifically designed for the effective weighing of waste containers. The system seamlessly integrates with rear, side, and front loaders, weighing exclusively the container itself. Because the weighing occurs dynamically during lifting and lowering, the process takes virtually no extra time for the driver, while you benefit from high accuracy with every weighment.
The operation is as simple as it is effective: during lifting, the system determines the gross weight of the container, and while lowering, the tare weight is recorded. The exact net weight is then calculated automatically. Thanks to smart control via external signals—such as the handbrake, loading system, on-board computer, or chip recognition—the registration runs fully automatically. This guarantees consistent data collection without distracting the driver.
In collaboration with Welvaarts, RDS brings this technology to the Belgian market, including comprehensive options for data processing. All weight and customer data can be printed directly on site or transmitted wirelessly to your own Cloud environment or the web-based Kiloweb platform for streamlined route and order management.
