The software is also fully optimized for mobile use. Overviews and forms can be personalized per user or per case: rearranging columns, showing or hiding fields, setting mandatory fields, or creating unique rules. This way, each user receives exactly the information that is relevant, in the right format.
Integration with ERP Systems
Kiloweb integrates seamlessly with your ERP system and other internal applications via the REST API. Weighing data is automatically exchanged, for example, for generating customer invoices or efficiently managing logistics flows.
Connections with regulatory systems such as MATIS (OVAM), COPRO, and Certipro are also possible, ensuring that you always work in compliance with legal requirements. Mobile weighing systems such as the LM-100 / Loadmaster Alpha 100 can be easily connected: master data and tasks are sent through, and completed jobs automatically return as weighing reports.
Export weighing tickets entirely to your own specifications – layout, logo, columns, and formats (Excel, PDF) – and, if desired, send them automatically to customers or partners. Thanks to multi-user support and extensive reporting capabilities, your team’s efficiency is significantly increased.
Integration with weighbridges
Kiloweb supports multiple weighbridges per site, with different indicators, cloud printers, and peripherals such as barriers, lights, sirens, photocells, badge readers, barcode scanners, and digital cameras. This ensures that the weighing process is fully automated and secure.
With the renewed functionalities, the weighing procedure is considerably faster and more efficient. Drivers can identify themselves via license plate, badge, or project/contract/lot, with the last used references automatically retrieved. The built-in ALPR technology for license plate recognition is more accurate and reliable than ever, ensuring smooth traffic flow. The Touch & Go module provides error-free registration via touchscreen in the driver’s own language, while vehicle images or license plates are automatically recorded.

Integration with onboard weighing systems
Kiloweb also offers the possibility to seamlessly integrate mobile weighing systems, such as those for wheel loaders, by establishing a connection with the mobile weighing system, for example with our LM-100 / Loadmaster Alpha 100.
Communication between Kiloweb and the mobile weighing system is simple and efficient. All necessary data files – such as customer and supplier information, products, locations, and jobs/weighing tasks – are automatically transferred from Kiloweb to the mobile system. Once a weighing is performed, the results automatically return to Kiloweb as a complete weighing report.
With the renewed technology, processing and synchronization are faster and more reliable. This allows you to consult all weighings in a single central platform, whether they take place on-site or with a mobile system.
