RDS Loadex 100 (Bucket)

With the focus increasingly on productivity, the RDS Loadex 100 and de RDS Loadex 100 Bucket were developed to perform optimally in the fastest loading environments and in all fields. This ensures that loading cycles can be performed even faster, maximizing the tonnage processed per hour. Correct loading right away also means no more unnecessary movements to and from the weighbridge, which provides economic and ecological advantage in terms of fuel consumption, machine and tire wear. The system continuously measures the hydraulic pressure in the lifting circuit using two pressure sensors. These pressure signals are additionally filtered and improved by means of a mechanical angle sensor on the pivot point between arm and dipper. In certain applications, a patented ultrasonic sensor also includes the position of the bucket in the weight calculation.
