LoadEx 100

The Loadex 100 is specially designed for excavators and handling cranes operating in the fastest loading environments, regardless of the terrain. These systems significantly accelerate the loading process, increasing the amount of tonnage processed per hour. By performing the weighing directly on the machine itself, the need to travel to an external weighbridge is eliminated. This offers both economic benefits by reducing fuel consumption and ecological benefits by reducing wear on equipment and tires. The system monitors the hydraulic pressure in the lifting circuit in real time via two pressure sensors. These data are further optimized by an inclinometer, which measures the angle and position of the arm and dipper. In specific situations, the measurement is supplemented with an ultrasonic sensor, which also incorporates the position of the bucket into the weight calculation.
