The MBO-6 weighbridge is the classic among above-ground weighbridges. For over 30 years, the robust metal structure (IPE600/HEA200), combined with the on-site poured concrete (foundation, ramps, and deck), has proven its value in harsh conditions and intensive use. All components are easily accessible for maintenance, and no drainage needs to be provided.

This is an installed MBO above-ground weighbridge.

Standard dimensions: 14 or 18 x 3.30m useful width, but custom sizes are possible due to in-house production.
Weighing frame for heavy and intensive use made of IPE600 and HEA220 longitudinal beams.
The weighing frame is available in painted or galvanized finish.
Depending on the conditions, the ramp can be raised and extended, providing more clearance under the deck, which facilitates maintenance in muddy conditions.
All concrete work must be done on-site: foundation slab, ramps, and deck.
All longitudinal braking forces are neutralized using 2 stabilizer rods.
4 adjustable buffers in the transverse direction.
Various weighing devices available: from IT3 for weight display and printer to IT8000E for network integration and connection with badge reader or scanner, as well as control of lights or barriers.
