The RDS smartphone anemometer consists of a WS sensor that measures the wind speed or a WSD sensor that measures both the wind speed and the wind direction. The wind meter sends these data directly together with temperature data to your smartphone or tablet. The free application, Windy Anemometer or Windy Marine, shows you the current, average and maximum wind speed, the temperature and optionally the wind direction. These data are also clearly displayed in time graphs. Several smartphones can simultaneously the data from the sensor via the application. The data can be saved in a local folder or in the cloud, so that it can be used as a wind logger.
