Anti-collision system
DCS61-S
The DCS61-S anti-collision system from AMCS for tower and mobile cranes guarantees safety on the site and comfort for the crane operator.
Info
The DCS61-S communicates via a radio network. In mobile cranes, the GPS continuously determines the position of machines. The system automatically detects movements of mobile cranes and integrates them with tower cranes, calculating interference zones in real-time and 3D. When a mobile crane approaches, a tower crane automatically slows down and stops at a safe distance. Mobile cranes issue a warning signal when entering forbidden zones, which can easily be created in 3D.
All crane data is continuously stored and is directly available via the system, USB stick, or globally via a 3G/4G connection. With the IoT Lifting innovation, users can manage devices, analyze data, and perform remote diagnostics via a web platform or app.
