INFO

The DCS 61-S communicates its information via a radio network and constantly knows the position of each machine thanks to GPS antennas. By automatically detecting the movements of mobile cranes and integrating the control of tower cranes, the DCS 61-S can create an interference area for the respective machines in a sophisticated way. The DCS 61-S calculates in real time and in 3D the distances between every element of the cranes (including the position of the cabin) as well as the movement speeds. The system can therefore intervene in the control mechanism and makes sure the tower crane slows down and then comes to a complete stop at a pre-set distance from the mobile crane. The device for the mobile crane will give an increasingly louder sound signal when approaching the prohibited zone or the inference area. The user can quickly create prohibited zones directly and in 3D on the screen by associating geometric shapes with perimeters and static obstacles. In addition, prohibited zones can be activated or deactivated at a distance. The DCS 61-S also gives the ability to deactivate the management of interference between certain elements such as masts or jibs. The data related to events, movements and all crane parameters are registered and continuously saved to see them directly on the system screen in the cabin and/or to download them to a USB stick. The crane data can also be viewed accurately and in real time from anywhere in the world thanks to the GSM modem 3G/4G. The DCS 61-S has the latest innovation IoT Lifting, consisting of a web platform and a mobile application. This makes it possible for managing the AMCS devices, collecting crane data, generating statistics, controlling the productivity and remotely diagnosing the systems on a crane in real time.
